Quality is not a standard. It is our identity.
Five components. One obsession with getting them right. Made in Rajkot, Gujarat and trusted by the manufacturers who build electric water heaters around the world.
We build for the client who checks the tolerance.
HEATLINE INDUSTRIES is a specialized manufacturer of premium electric water heater components, dedicated to delivering superior quality and precision engineering.
Our products are designed for international markets worldwide — from the Gulf, where our components are most widely used, to Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. We understand the specific standards, conditions and expectations of global clients, and our manufacturing processes are aligned to ensure consistent performance, durability and reliability in every product we deliver.
While several manufacturers in India operate in this field, HEATLINE INDUSTRIES stands apart through its commitment to excellence. We do not believe in mass production for volume; instead, we focus on producing high-precision components that meet strict quality benchmarks and provide long-term value. Every product reflects our attention to detail, advanced manufacturing practices, and strict quality control systems.
Our goal is to build strong international partnerships by consistently delivering products that our clients can trust.
Six commitments we hold on every order.
Exclusively focused on international markets
Every process, tolerance and finish is set by what our export clients require.
Products tailored to each market we ship to
Water chemistry, ambient conditions and the standards each destination holds suppliers to.
Precision-driven manufacturing
In-process gauging on the line, not only a final inspection at the end of the run.
High-quality materials and finishing
Mild steel, galvanized, black oxidized, stainless steel and 99.99% copper.
Strong emphasis on durability and performance
These parts sit inside a pressure vessel for years — they are engineered accordingly.
Commitment to long-term customer relationships
We build supply that holds, order after order, not a single opportunistic shipment.
From your drawing to a sealed carton.
Drawing or Sample
You send a drawing, a physical sample, or both. Length, bending angle and finish are taken from what you supply, not from a fixed catalogue part.
Material & Size
We confirm the material and the size from the range: mild steel, galvanized, black oxidized, stainless steel or 99.99% copper, for a 30 to 200 litre tank.
Sample Approval
A sample is produced against your drawing and sent for approval. The order is confirmed once that sample is signed off.
Production Run
The batch is produced under our quality control system, against the approved sample and the agreed minimum order quantity.
Finishing
Galvanizing, black oxidizing, plating or coating as specified, followed by inspection before packing.
Packing & Dispatch
Export packing and full documentation, then dispatch — typically 18 to 22 days from confirmation.
The same part, in the material your build calls for.
Every metal component in the range is available in all five materials. Which one you need is a decision we confirm with you before the sample is produced, not an assumption we make from a catalogue.
Mild Steel
The standard material across the range.
Galvanized
Zinc-coated for corrosion resistance.
Black Oxidized
A conversion finish with low reflectance.
Stainless Steel
For wet-side fittings and valve mountings.
Copper 99.99%
Available on nipples, sockets and ferrules.
Plastic
Plugs, spacers and covers, as per requirement.
