Inlet & Outlet Nipple
Where the heater meets the plumbing, there is no room for a leak. Our nipples thread clean, seal tight and hold pressure for the life of the tank — in five materials, cut to the exact length and bend angle your drawing calls for.

MS & Copper Socket
The heating element is only as reliable as the seat it screws into. Ours are machined to seal first time and stay sealed — in mild steel or 99.99% copper, across three diameters and six lengths to fit any element you specify.

Outer Bracket
A full tank of water is a heavy load, and the bracket carries all of it. Pressed and formed from 1 to 5 mm stock to your drawing, so the boiler sits square in its shell and stays there — through transport, installation and years of service.

Safety Valve Ferrule
This is the part that lets a heater vent instead of burst. We treat it that way — machined to the diameter and length your valve body requires, and inspected accordingly, because a safety fitting is the last place to accept a compromise.

Plastic Plug
Water and live wiring must never meet. Base covers, red and blue spacers, gaskets and O-rings — the small parts that keep every electrical connection dry and protected, moulded to the material, colour and dimension you require.
